Presentation of candidate/business profiles
You’ll meet Clémence, recruitment and talent management lead at Gologic. During this 30- to 45-minute interview, you’ll get the chance to tell us about your professional background. The goal is to create an initial connection and discover your professional aspirations and your personality. It’s also a great opportunity to know if you’ll be a good match for our company.
Questionnaire to assess the candidate’s personality
You’ll then be asked to take the Atman’s psychometric test, a scientifically validated assessment. It measures 11 dimensions of personality on a scale of 1 to 9. There is no good or bad personality. However, some personalities are better suited to certain jobs than others. So, how does this really work? You get a link to access the platform and you answer the questions. The first part is timed. Make sure you don’t get distracted by your surroundings! The test will take you 30 to 50 minutes.
Evaluation of technical knowledge
At the second meeting, you’ll finally meet with one of Gologic’s associates. We’ll ask you some technical questions to identify your seniority level and get a more thorough understanding of your experience. We’ll also go over the position description and the terms and conditions of employment.
